Confidentiality is at the top of our list of priorities. Many of our clients are competitors of one another in the same industry. For this reason, we sign specific confidentiality agreements with our translators and other staff. If requested, we can also sign confidentiality agreements with our clients. Some of your documents may contain personal or commercial information that needs to be kept confidential. Our company and our contract translators shall under no circumstance disclose such information to third parties, use or allow the use or make any exception for use of such information for their own or others’ interest. If you wish, Mirora can sign special confidentiality agreements with restrictions to be specified by you.

Respecting privacy and keeping commercial information confidential is a corporate obligation that all our staff members must abide by, and our ethical duty, as well.
