If you would like to be added to the database of our Project Management System, please follow the steps below.

  • Please include the following in your CV: your standard per-word translation rate, the notary offices where your sworn translator credentials are registered (if applicable), the CAT tools you use, and your bank account details.
  • The rates you submit will be reviewed by our team. The agreed rate and payment terms will be confirmed to you in writing before any assignments are issued.
  • Your online profile will be stored in our supplier database and can be updated by you at any time, or by our project managers as needed.
  • Your personal data will be processed solely by authorized personnel within our company and will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit written consent.

Even if you have previously been in touch, please review and update your CV before submitting it to freelance@mirora.com.

Your CV must include:

  • The names and versions of the CAT tools you use proficiently. (We require proficiency in at least one CAT tool. If you do not use any, please explain why in the notes section of the application form.)
  • Your working language pairs,
  • Your areas of expertise in terms of service type — translation, editing, proofreading, consecutive interpreting, simultaneous interpreting, subtitling, sworn translation, transcription, voice-over, translation memory matching, etc.
  • Your fields of expertise. (Sample project names or topics are welcome.)
  • If you offer interpreting services, please provide professional references from recent assignments. references must be available.

The attached Contract document will be generated automatically using the information you submit via the form (link to be provided). By checking the first checkbox, you confirm your acceptance of the contract terms. This framework agreement is considered an integral part of all Work Orders (WOs) issued by our company. Please note that approval of this contract or a favorable assessment of your trial translation does not constitute an offer of employment — whether full-time or freelance — and does not guarantee the regular or irregular assignment of work. You may download the contract as a PDF at any time. A wet-ink signature is not required at this stage; however, if requested, the signed contract must be posted to our address within two business days.

Before being onboarded to our supplier database, your trial or sample translations must first be reviewed and assessed. You may download the trial texts for your language pairs via the link below.

Please read the instructions included in the trial text file carefully — adherence to these instructions will be part of the evaluation.

If you prefer to submit samples from previously completed translations,

please ensure the submission:

  • Demonstrates your comprehension of the source language and your ability to produce fluent, accurate target-language text,
  • Is based on a source text of no more than 600 words,
  • Presents the source and target texts in parallel, paragraph by paragraph,
  • Is submitted as a single DOCX file.

Once your trial or sample translation is ready, please submit it together with your CV to freelance@mirora.com.

THE TEAM BEHIND SUCCESSFUL PROJECTS

At Mirora, I’m fortunate to have a profession that perfectly aligns with my passion for languages and my international education and experience. Representing a quality-driven, customer-focused institution is incredibly fulfilling and I take great pride in showcasing our work on a global stage.

Gulsah Kaya Business Development Manager

I am a graduate of Istanbul University English Language and Literature, I have been working as a Translator / Editor at Mirora since 2014. Like most translators, I am just as crazy as the rest. :)

Ilayda Tekküpeli Translator/Editor

Since 2002, my reason for choosing Mirora has been its constant growth and commitment to progress. Mirora evolves with every passing year, staying open to development, embracing new technologies, offering training when needed, and maintaining a culture of fairness. It makes me truly happy to see that my colleagues also value “experience” as much as I do.

Selma İleri Page Design Director

Since 2005, I have been working as a proofreader with the amazingly talented translators at Mirora. They are the best in the business by far. Being a part of the Mirora family has expanded my knowledge in so many different areas – from selling snacks with advertising campaigns to saving lives through innovations in the pharmaceutical industry – that it is truly mind-blowing. Cheers to many more years!

April Chapple Proofreader/Last Reader

I am very satisfied with Mirora's general management approach and the process methods of the project managers. As a translator, working for a company like you is a privilige in Turkey. Thank you very much for everything, especially for donating on our behalf. Stay healthy!

Elmas Taştan Translator

You are the best translation company engaged in the business I have known in Turkey. I hope Mirora continues to get better and bigger.
